Twelve years ago we said yes to Jesus for the streets of Hamilton. What began with a few sandwiches and a lot of prayer has become weekly outreach, churches equipped, cities gathered, and lives genuinely changed. None of it happened alone — and none of what is ahead will either.

Our story

A simple yes that became a decade of ministry

Katie and I have had the incredible privilege of serving in ministry for over twelve years, beginning with the launch of Love on Hamilton in 2014. It was born out of a deep desire to share the transforming Gospel of Jesus with everyone we meet, while offering practical love and care to our city's homeless community.

Along the way we have watched God do what only He can — lives healed, chains of addiction broken, people set free, and many coming to faith in Christ. Baptisms and salvations are regular testimonies of His grace, and we still stand in awe of how He moves on the streets.

What began as a small outreach became a movement. Love on The World was born to carry the mission into other cities. We partnered with e3 Canada and I Am Second to equip believers to evangelize and establish multiplying churches. And every year Hamilton gathers for Jesus Festival to lift up His name together.

We believe Canada is on the brink of its greatest revival — and that every one of us has a part to play.

Who are Daniel and Katie Ziedins?

Daniel and Katie founded Love on Hamilton in 2014 and have served in street evangelism, church equipping, and city-wide outreach for more than a decade. They lead Love on The World, help gather Hamilton for Jesus Festival, and serve as missionary staff with e3 Ministry Canada. Their personal site is kd-ziedins.com.

Where does my gift actually go?

Gifts are made to e3 Ministry Canada with a preference for Daniel & Katie's ministry. They sustain the family so they can give themselves fully to the work: weekly outreach in Hamilton, training believers and churches, discipling new believers, and launching new outreach groups. As with any Canadian charity, e3 retains final discretion over all gifts in line with CRA rules.

Will I get a tax receipt?

Yes. e3 Ministry Canada is a registered Canadian charity and issues charitable tax receipts for gifts made through their site. Receipts for a year's giving are issued by e3 the following February.

What is the difference between this and the Give page?

The Give page supports Love on Hamilton's outreach costs — supplies, food, materials — through ICMS. This page supports Daniel and Katie personally as missionaries through e3 Canada, so they can keep leading that work. Both matter; give wherever the Lord leads you.

How do I partner with prayer rather than money?

That is partnership, and it comes first. Join the email list to receive stories and prayer needs, send your own prayer request on the Prayer page, and pray for open hearts in Hamilton, protection over the family, and courage for the believers being trained.

Can I stop or change my monthly gift?

Yes, any time. Monthly gifts are managed through e3 Ministry Canada — contact them directly and they will adjust or cancel it with no awkwardness.

Who are e3 Canada and I Am Second?

e3 Ministry Canada equips God's people to evangelize His world and establish His church, and I Am Second is a film-based movement inviting people to put Jesus first. Daniel and Katie partnered with them to equip believers to evangelize and plant multiplying churches across Canada.
