12 Years of Street Ministry in Hamilton: The Impact and the Vision Ahead
835+ people have said yes to Jesus on the streets of Hamilton since 2014. Here's the impact so far — Love on Hamilton, Love on The World, Jesus Festival and SIX33 — and how you can partner with Daniel & Katie Ziedins through e3 Canada.
On a Tuesday night in 2014, Katie and I walked onto a sidewalk in downtown Hamilton with food, a few volunteers, and a conviction we couldn't shake: every person matters to God, and the love of Jesus belongs in the streets.
We've been back almost every Tuesday since — in the cold, in the heat, and in rain that soaks right through your jacket. This is a look back at what God has done, and an honest invitation into what He is doing next.
The impact, by the numbers
We count because every number is a person, and because we want to steward what God has given faithfully. To date:
- 624+ — Times we've hit the streets to share the love of Jesus
- 835+ — Lives that have said YES to Jesus
- 62,400+ — Meals, clothing & essentials given to those in need
- 12,480+ — People prayed for & encountered with the Gospel
- Countless — Disciples raised up to live a lifestyle of evangelism

Heaven doesn't round. Every one of those 835 "yes" moments was a party in heaven over one person with a name, a story, and a Father running down the road to meet them.
Behind every number is a name
The numbers don't capture the moments that keep us coming back: lives healed, chains of addiction broken, people set free, and men and women the world had written off coming to faith in Christ and stepping into the waters of baptism. You can read some of their words in our street stories.
None of it is ours. We just keep showing up, and God keeps moving.
One street became a movement: Love on The World
What started on one street in Hamilton didn't stay there. Love on The World was born to carry the same simple, repeatable model — prayer, practical love, the Gospel, and follow-up — into other cities, so ordinary believers can start consistent outreach where they already live.
The vision is bold: 100 multiplying outreach groups — anywhere, everywhere. Not a big organization, but a movement of everyday disciples who love their city. If that stirs something in you, here's how to start one.
A city lifting up His name: Jesus Festival
Every year Hamilton gathers for Jesus Festival — a free, family-friendly celebration of worship, prayer and the good news of Jesus. This September, for two days, Gage Park filled with worship and families hearing the name of Jesus. We believe gatherings like this are one of the ways God is bringing revival to our city and our nation.
Equipping the Church with e3 Canada and I Am Second
Our heart has never been to do all the evangelism ourselves. It's to see every believer equipped to share their faith with confidence and love. That's why we partner with e3 Ministry Canada — which exists to equip God's people to evangelize His world and establish His church — together with I Am Second, to train believers and establish multiplying, life-changing churches across Canada. We bring the same training to local churches through Love Overflow evangelism training.
Impacting culture: SIX33 is coming
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." — Matthew 6:33
The Gospel belongs on the streets — and it belongs in culture too. SIX33 is a Christian lifestyle and performance brand we're building on Matthew 6:33, for people who refuse to waste their potential: purpose, performance, culture and impact, with Jesus first. A big part of its heart is raising funds for Love on The World, so as SIX33 grows, the outreach grows with it. It's coming soon — the Inner Circle hears first at SIX33.World.
The vision ahead
We believe Canada is on the brink of its greatest revival — and that every one of us has a part to play. Here's what we're building toward:
- More nights on the streets of Hamilton, not just Tuesdays — the outreach van campaign is part of that.
- Outreach groups in city after city through Love on The World.
- Churches equipped to make evangelism a normal part of life.
- New believers discipled, not just counted — so a decision becomes a life.
- Culture impacted for the Kingdom through SIX33.

None of this happens alone. Katie and I serve as missionary staff with e3 Canada, and it is our partners — people who pray and give month after month — who make it possible for us to give our whole lives to this calling.
